Whats up everyone?
In this post, I want to give you all a little more of an update on me.
We do not talk about me a lot in this blog outside of my personal experiences that I share with you guys.
With my personal experience; I feel like you guys could learn a lot from my mistakes, failures, and successes.
However, part of me wishes I could have recorded and documented that stuff while I was doing to give you guys a picture in real time of what I was doing.
I heard Gary Varnerchek talk about this on his podcast when one day.
He said doers should act on what they want and share their experience with the world while they are doing it.
It allows you to document your work. Plus you figure what does and does not work.
Also allows you to share you experience with world no matter what platform you are on.
That is where I am going to go with this blog. I am going to keep creating meaningful content around my past personal experiences.
But I am also going to paint a real life picture of the struggles I am going through right now.
If you guys remember correctly. 2015 was one of the worst years of my life. I was beaten down by the corporate world and feeling down on life.
I used 2016 as my rebound year. I cut a lot of fat. Got my strength back up. Started saving money again and started this blog.
All great things.
Now 2017 was the year to make even more progress toward the man I want to become. That includes getting richer and fitter.
My goals this year pertained over 3 things in particular:
1) Getting started a head start on my online business endeavors and continuing to build Success Rebellion.
2) Get my strength and size back in the gym after my 2016 fall cut. Then cut down again.
3) Add another $8,000 to my savings account from the disposable income at my job.
I pretty much accomplished all of these things. I added 50+ posts to this blog this year. I added over $8k in savings to my savings account.
I am full speed ahead on building my e Commerce business (more on that ahead).
The only thing that went wrong was cutting fat down at the end of 2017.
I tried to go on a prolonged cutting phase and body began to resist breaking down the more it went on.
Because of that, my motivation began to wind down because I was not seeing any results.
So I stopped the cut and re fed my body. This added some weight back on.
I moved to quickly with it as well so I put on more fat then I would have liked.
However, my strength is through the roof and I am putting up PRs on all my compound lifts. So I am very happy with that.
Overall when it comes to my goals, 2017 was a solid year. I have nothing to complain about.
I did not stretch myself too thin and stayed within my limits work wise.
I want to things that way in 2018. I am going to make my goals simple and concise.
My goals for 2018 are going to be similar to the goals I had for 2017. But we are trying to level up even higher next year.
I do not think I am biting off more then I can chew here. After 2017, I know I can handle this workload.
So here are my goals listed below:
1) Create a successful e Commerce store on Amazon that brings in $2000/month in profits.
That amount of disposable income would be enough for me to quit my job and leave the corporate world forever.
I plan on documenting my progress a few times a month on Success Rebel Lifestyle.
I do not think I will quit my job once I get to that amount in income. I will take a few months to a year to grow the business on the side while I still work my day job.
Plus, maximize profits and revenue in that time to better solidify my place in the market.
So when I do quit (hopefully 2019-2020), I know for sure I will never have to go back to the corporate world. No need to rush things.
2) Get ripped (10% body fat) and maintain 95% of my newfound strength.
This is really important to me next year. I have done very well when it comes to getting my strength and size up at the end of this year.
However, I need to get leaner. I do no want to wear this extra fat permenantely. I am not about that life son.
3) Add another $6000 to my savings account.
This is pretty straight forward. I do this to make sure do not spend so much money during the day.
Plus, it is way easier to handle getting laid off or fired when you have a fat saving account. It protects me against a very rainy day in the corporate world.
It also reminds me that I am not broke as fuck or living check to check if I do lose my job. Super important.
I admit, I do not have this 100% figured out but this what I am thinking.
Treat this as a tentative plan for now please. This could be subject to change. I am literally put balling right now.
My business goal is start a profitable Amazon FBA store this year. I have already found some products I am thinking about selling.
Now it is just a matter of figuring which ones are most viable to sell.
Then figuring out technicalities in bringing that vision to reality.
I simply just have to put in the man hours and make it happen.
It might take one or two failures to get it right but it is what it is. Better then doing nothing.
Plus failure is just another step or building block to success so I have to just keep grinding.
So for my business goals and updates, I am going to do a weekly or twice monthly summary of my actions taken and next steps.
I want to have this written into a post and maybe do a Youtube video or podcast around it.
I will have that posted over on Success Rebel Lifestyle. I think that is the more appropriate venue to post my business stuff.
Plus, it will force me to be a lot more active on that website as well.
For my fitness goals, I will update you guys in here about my progress with that.
I am going to start off the new year on an aggressive fat loss cut. Im cutting carbs and calories down to 1800 again for 9-12 weeks.
I am not sure how long it will be. I prefer to get these cuts done quickly so I do not send my body into survival mode.
Usually the 11-12 week is around that point for me. So I would like to be done before that.
I do not think I will go on cycle for this cut because I just came off cycle like a month ago.
I think I would be putting my body through too much. Plus, I think its unnecessary.
I have quite a bit of fat to lose. So I can probably get away with not using anabolics and keep my strength given that I have quite a bit of fat to fuel my body while at a caloric deficiet.
I will be using cardarine though for this cut. Just because I am sure I will need the energy boost in the gym while cutting carbs.
But I will document my progress on a bi-weekly or twice monthly basis. I think that way, you guys can see the differences.
Also, it gives me a chance to talk about other things on this website with the limited time a have.
I will give you guys before and after picture and detail what I am doing as well.
I plan to keep writing about PEDs, nootropics, red pill opinion posts, etc.
While Success Rebel Lifestyle will focus more on business, goal setting, and motivation.
Do you guys want more male enhancement stuff? Let me know in the comments.
2018 is shaping up to be quite an interesting year for me. Who know whats going to happen.
All I know for sure is I am going to take action toward the things I want and becoming the man I want to be.
If things go the well and I go well and I hit my goals, then I will be in very different position a year from now.
But it is going to be a tough road, probably the toughest part of the road. Because I am just getting my feet wet right now.
Believe it or not, that is the hardest part for most people is just starting. I have conquered that part.
Now its time to start blazing the trail. The problems will only get more complex from here but I am emotionally invested already.
I will not give up. I can't. The alternative is crippling to think about.
I will not be a fat slob and some desk job; praying for the weekend to come around and planning out my 3 weeks of vacation time a year in advance. Hell no!
I am 26 years old and the time to make moves is right fucking now.
No more waiting. I set things in motion a two years ago, at the end of 2015.
2016 I got my life back in order. 2017 I made significant in business and fitness. Both roads were tough man.
These years have probably been the most mentally and emotionally taxing but also the most enjoyable.
Because I see progress. I see a light at the end of the tunnel.
It is going to happen for me. Just like it will happen for you.
2018 is shaping up to be what may be the best and toughest year of my life and I could be more excited to share it with you guys.
Thanks for reading and I will keep you updated on what's going on in my world.
