So you just got your Bathmate hydropump. You are wondering how to best use it to make those long lasting results.
Of course, this is why you invested in Bathmate. Not to worry. Today we will talk about what routine is best for beginners.
We want beginners to get the most out of the novice effect. So we will display a routine below that will help beginners make gains and get used to using the pump.
During the first thirty days of male enhancement, it is about getting your dick used to male enhancement techniques and prepared for more advanced training months ahead.

Bathmate Only Routine
Some of us just want to use Bathmate for penis enlargement for a number of different reasons.
You might want to just simplify your training. You might want to lessen the amount of time you spend on male enhancement. You could be just plain old lazy.
Any of these reasons could be a valid and. Whether you just want to use Bathmate for your PE is up to you.
Whatever the case, I want to provide you guys with a routine to fall back on if you just want to use Bathmate for your PE training.
If you are solely using Bathmate for your PE training, you want your routine to look something this:
Week 1 - Warm Up (not necessary when using Bathmate but I do it anyway), Use Bathmate for 5 to 7 while your dick is flaccid, and cool down.
Week 2 - Warm up, Use Bathmate for 8 minutes while your dick is flaccid, and cool down.
Week 3 - Warm up, Use Bathmate for 8 minutes on a 50% to 60% erection.
Week 4 - Warm up, Use Bathmate for 10 minutes on a 50% to 60% erection.
You should do this routine 4 times a week. I suggest 2 days on and then one day off for the first three days of the week. During the next 4 days of the week, do 2 days on and 2 days off.
Or you can do it every other day. It is up to you. Do what works best for your lifestyle. Make sure you get the rest days in there. Rest and recovery are crucial.
After these four weeks, you will be able to leave Bathmate on longer because your dick should be used to the device by now.
From this point on, you will be able to use Bathmate on a full erection. I recommend on week 5, to start doing so.
Start with 8 minutes of Bathmate for that week and then increase the session by 2 to 3 minutes per week depending on what you body can handle.
You will notice a harder pump within your dick. The pump will last longer post Bathmate now that you use it with a full boner. This is awesome.
Really listen to your body guys. Do not overdo it. Adjust to what you think your body is ready for.
Do not jump ahead before your body can handle it. That will lead to injury and loss of gains. No bueno.
Take your time and move slowly. The gains will come. Bathmate makes achieving these gains so much more fun.
Bathmate & Manual Exercises Routine
Bathmate works great on its own. You will see amazing gains just using that device.
However if you want to maximize your gains, you will want to combine with your bathmate use with manual exercises.
Using an extender will help you get the most out length too. Here is that routine if you are interested.
We will focus on just Bathmate and manual exercises for now. You want your routine to look similar to this:
Week 1 - Warm Up, jelqing for 5 minutes, stretching for 5 minutes, Bathmate for 5 minutes (full pressure, flaccid dick), and cool down.
Week 2 - Warm Up, jelqing for 5 minutes, stretching for 8 minutes, Bathmate for 8 minutes (full pressure, flaccid dick), and cool down.
Week 3 - Warm Up, jelqing for 8 minutes, stretching for 5 minutes, Bathmate for 8 minutes (full pressure, 50% to 60% boner), and cool down.
Week 4 - Warm Up, jelqing for 8 minutes, stretching for 8 minutes, Bathmate for 10 minutes (full pressure, 50% to 60% boner), and cool down.
This routine will yield better results than the one above. However, it is a bit more time consuming and requires a little bit more focus.
I suggest doing this routine 3 to 4 times a week. Do not do days in a row. 2 days on and 1 day off is good. Or train every other day.
If you think this is too intense to start off with the you can split up your manual exercises and Bathmate training into two separate days.
It is very similar to what I have above though. The gains will not be as quick but it gives you more room to adjust to the exercises and Bathmate. That routine would look something like this:
Day 1 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, cool down
Day 2 - Bathmate
Day 3 - Off
Day 4 - Warm up, Jelqing, stretching, cool down
Day 5 - Bathmate
Day 6 - Off
Day 7 - Off
This is for guys who want to take a slower approach toward training and still want see good gains.
This is by no means necessary or the only way to slow things down. It just another way you can approach your training and still be effective in penis growth.
Like I said above, rest and recovery is crucial because that is when your dick actually grows. Take rest seriously and have an intelligent approach toward this stuff.
The last things you want are an acute injury or a malfunctioning dick that cannot get an erection. Both would horrible. Take your time and rest adequately. Do not add too much on to your routine at once.
These routines should give you the tools on how to use Bathmate with manual exercises and on it's own.
These routines will help you get started off on the right foot and get your penis adjusted to male enhancement exercises.
