Penis Stretching Routine – How To Make Your Penis Longer

Introduction

Like jelqing and their routines, penis stretching can be very boring and tedious. I am not going to lie to you. If you have nothing to distract you, then this might drive you insane a couple minutes a time.

Unless you have Bathmate, you will need to do some things to spice up your manual exercises. Do not worry. There are some things to help with boring.

You would be surprised how many people have no form of dick stretching in their routine. It is costing them gains. But too many dudes cannot put up with how boring stretching can be.

As boring as it might be, I would not be suggesting it if it did not work. It has worked for me and a lot people in our community.

If you actually want to grow your to maximum lengths then penis stretching is a must. It will make you grow in length AND girth much quicker too.

I promise it will work for you too if you stay determined and consistent. Consistency is the name of game when it comes to penis enhancement routines.

The same is true for jelqing and using PE devices. Nothing works, unless it is done on a daily (at least a couple times a week) basis.

How Should I Approach Penis Stretching?

This is to how you should approach your expectations for jelqing. You should take your time with stretching and approach this stuff slowly.

Like your jelqing routine, start stretching every other day and use your rest days to recover. You grow actually grows on the days you recover from training. Just your muscles when you body build.

If you just do that and slowly increase the pressure, you will see great results in about 3 to 4 months. That is how it took me. As much as 5 to 6 months for a few other people I know.

Which Stretches Should I Include In My Routine?

Notice the directions in which the arrows are pointing above. It is in those directions in which you want to stretch your penis for full coverage of the muscles and ligaments.

Although you can make great gains just doing a straight upward and downward stretch, you will benefit more taking more time to stretch your penis in all these directions.

You will stretch out more areas of your penis this way. Thus you will be promoting more length.

Also, do not forget to warm up and cool down. This is crucial as it will prevent injury and keep you from fucking your penis up. Once you are warmed up, you can start your routine.

Upward Stretches

-Get a solid grip on penis. Use your index finger and thumb to grab right below the head. DO NOT GRIP YOUR GLANS. Use a dry wash cloth, plastic gloves, rubber gloves, baby powder, etc. to get a stronger grip.

- Upward Stretch 1 - Pull the penis straight upward and stretch for 30 seconds. Then let it rest for 15 seconds. Take deep breaths while stretching.
- Upward Stretch 2 - Pull the penis toward your 2 o'clock region and stretch for 30 seconds and then let it rest for 15 seconds.
- Upward Stretch 3 - Pull the penis toward your 10 o'clock region and stretch for 30 seconds and then let it rest for 15 seconds.

- After these series of stretches, "crank" your penis for about 30 seconds. This means to rotate your penis around using windmill stretches and the same grip. The goal here is to send some blood into your penis to promote length gains and recovery.

You want to repeat this sequence 3 to 5 times, depending on how experienced you are. Newbies should aim to only do it 3 times. Guys who have a couple months under their belt can repeat the sequence 4 or 5 times.

Downward Stretches

This is generally the same sequence of stretches as above except you are pulling downward.

- Downward Stretch 1 - Pull the penis straight downward and hold the stretch for 30 seconds. Then let it rest for 15 seconds.
- Downward Stretch 2 - Pull the penis downward toward the 5 o'clock region of your body and stretch for 30 seconds. Then rest the penis for 15 seconds.
- Downward Stretch 3 - Pull the penis downward toward the 7 o'clock region of your body and stretch for 30 seconds. Then rest the penis for 15 seconds.
- After these stretches, crank the penis for about 30 seconds.

Repeat this sequence 3 to 5 times depending on experience level.

Sideways And Straight Stretches

- Straight Out Stretch - Pull your penis straight outward in front of your body and hold the stretch for 30 seconds. Then let it rest for 15 seconds or so.
- Left Stretch - Pull your penis straight to your left and stretch for 30 seconds. Then let it rest for 15 seconds or so.
- Right Stretch - Pull the penis to your right and stretch for 30 seconds. Then let it rest for 15 seconds or so.
- After these stretches, crank the penis for about 30 seconds.

Repeat this sequence 3 to 5 times depending on experience level.

Behind The Legs Stretches

Trust me this is not as complicated as you might think. The easiest way to this is to take a chair and place your left foot on it. Think of a "Caption Morgan" pose but using the chair for support.

Use the hand that is on the same side in which you have you leg and foot elevated. Reach under your elevated leg and grip penis your penis like you would for any other stretch.

- Behind The Legs Stretch 1 - Reach behind the legs and pull the penis straight back. Then let your penis rest for about 15 seconds.
- Behind The Legs Stretch 2 - Let us assume your left leg is elevated. Reach behind the legs and pull your penis the toward the left. Then let your penis rest for about 15 seconds.
- Behind The Legs Stretch 3 - Switch legs. Now your right leg should be elevated. Reach behind the legs and pull your penis toward the right. Then let your penis rest for about 15 seconds.
- Crank the penis for 30 seconds

Repeat this sequence 3 to 5 times depending on experience.

Putting This All Together - Pro Tips

- Make sure to keep your dick extended after your penisworkout so it does not return to its regular size. There are several was you can do this.

I personally like the ACE bandage technique. Wrapping your dick up in ACE bandages after your workout. This will keep you dick extended for long periods of time. However, the bandages can a bitch (kind of painful if your sensitive) to take off your penis.

You can also use a penis extender device as well. This works well too. I plan on covering both of these methods in depth at a later date.

- Make sure to warm up and cool down. This will help prevent injury, maximize gains, and shorten recovery periods.

- Gradually build up. Take things slowly at first and get the techniques down. Once you are comfortable doing the stretches and have conditioned your penis, then increase the pressure and stretch longer. Just be consistent and patient.

- Listen to music or watch TV while stretching. This is to take your mind off stretching and make time pass by quickly. Also it is "hands free."

- Make sure to have rest/off days. You need them for your dick to grow and make gains. Recovery is crucial.

Where Does Jelqing Fit In?

I will cover this topic more in depth soon. But here is my abbreviated version of advice for now so you can get started on this routine.

I suggest you jelq and stretch during the same workout. I personally stretch after I jelq.

Some penis stretch before they jelq and use stretching as a warm up to jelqing. Penis stretching can be used as a major part of your warm up.

But it does not matter which the order in which you jelq and penis stretch. What does matter is listening to your body.

Make sure you are not overworking your penis. If you are over training, scale back your training a little bit until your penis is fully conditioned.

Still gradually increase your jelqing and stretching volume gradually and take things slowly.
